I’m a believer
As a ‘believer’, you have full confidence that a specific digital artwork (photo or painting) will resonate with the general public as a piece of wall art. You pay €250 and, in return, receive a certificate designating you as the believer of that artwork.
The digital artwork is then printed as a high-quality wall decoration, measuring 80x60cm, on a material chosen in consultation with Bart. This can be canvas, Dibond, behind Plexiglas, Acoustic Wall Art, or Wood.
The physical artwork is subsequently displayed in a public space (gallery, shop, café, restaurant, etc.) for at least two months and offered for sale. If the artwork is a photo, it can be purchased for €500; if it’s a painting, it can be purchased for €750.
If the artwork is sold, you—as the believer—will receive a bonus of €50 (photo) or €100 (painting) in addition to your believer’s premium of €250. You can then use your believer’s premium to invest in a new digital artwork or to receive the same artwork (as sold) for yourself. Alternatively, you can choose to have your believer’s premium refunded.
If the artwork is not sold, you will receive the artwork at no additional cost, effectively for the €250 you originally paid.
